Community Standards

Code of Conduct

Taverns & Tales is a community built on shared storytelling, mutual respect, and the belief that everyone deserves a place at the table. These principles exist to protect that space for every player, every session.

Respect Everyone at the Table

D&D is a collaborative game. Every person who sits down to play brings something valuable — their imagination, their humor, their willingness to take a chance on a character and a story. That contribution deserves to be treated with respect, full stop.

Make Room for Everyone's Story

The best D&D happens when every player feels like they have a real stake in the story. That means actively making space — not just tolerating other players, but genuinely including them.

Honor the Craft

Our DMs put in real time and creative energy to build worlds worth adventuring in. Players and DMs alike have made a commitment to show up and engage. Honor that investment.

The Spirit of Camaraderie

We're not just here to roll dice — we're here to build something together. Over time, these weekly sessions become a shared history. The moments you remember won't be the critical hits; they'll be the ones where someone had your back, made the whole table laugh, or surprised you with a choice that changed the story.

That kind of community is built one Tuesday night at a time, by people who show up with generosity and good faith. We ask that of every player who joins us.

Violations

Organizers and DMs reserve the right to ask anyone who violates this code of conduct to leave the session. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the group. If something happens at the table that makes you uncomfortable, tell a DM or organizer — you won't be brushed off.
